| Our Process
In our view, financial planning, money management and estate planning is a relationship in which you trust our abilities, expertise and integrity to represent you and develop a customized plan to meet your goals and dreams. This is a process and relationship we take very seriously. Therefore we are not looking for clients but relationships. In return you deal directly with your planner, not staff, for all but the most routine tasks.
How it works
Our process usually involves a series of meetings designed to develop a customized plan to achieve your goals and dreams. This involves at least three, if not four, meetings. Each meeting is approximately one week apart to provide time to process what we discuss and develop any questions you may have.
First Meeting:
We get to know you and get your input
Typically our first meeting involves a question and answer time where we assess your objectives and/or concerns. Please allow 1 to 1-1/2 hour for this discussion.
Second Meeting:
We analyze your situation and together we formulate a plan
Our next meeting involves reviewing a report prepared for you that provides a snapshot of your current situation. If there is mutual agreement that we can improve your financial situation in relation to your goals and dreams, we will prepare a proposal. Please allow 1 to 1-1/2 hour for this meeting.
Third Meeting:
We submit a proposal which outlines your customized financial or estate plan
At the next meeting we will present our ideas on how your situation can be improved to meet your dreams and goals. At this point you are again given time to decide if our plan will meet and/or exceed your expectations.
